Seeqs on FFTA2 have a class, ranger, that uses traps AND has a neat skill.. Mirror Item.. if you Mirror an antidote, it inflicts poison, instead of removing it~!

FFXII had an accessory called Nihopalaoa...or something. Anyway, if a character with that accessory on used an item it had reverse effects. It's really neat throwing a remedy on a boss and watching the thing get every possible status ailment it isn't resistant to. And FFXII has a lot of status ailments...
